Accounts and age
The pilot is for people aged 13 or older. Give accurate account and birthday details. Keep sign-in codes private. A birthday declaration is not proof of identity. Where local law requires parent or guardian consent, that consent is required before a minor uses the affected services.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us permission to store, process and display it to your selected audience, operate and secure the service, and respond to your reports. This does not give us permission to sell your private messages, train third-party AI on your content, or target advertisements using private chats. Only upload content you have the right to share, with permission from the people pictured where needed.
Community standards
Do not post illegal material, threats, harassment, hate, scams, sexual exploitation, or anyone’s private information without permission. Child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sextortion and child sexual abuse material are strictly prohibited, including generated imagery. Report unsafe content; do not download, reproduce or forward suspected illegal material.
Events and shops
Check event details and shop prices before committing. A WhatsApp basket is an order request for the shop to confirm, not a completed payment. External shops and WhatsApp have their own terms and privacy practices. Game XP and badges have no monetary value.
Permissions and safety
Mic and location permissions are separate from accepting these terms. Only use the mic to record a voice note you choose to send. Nearby discovery can use optional foreground location when that feature is enabled. Do not share your home address, passwords or live whereabouts with strangers. Meet in safe public places.
Moderation and account control
We may restrict or remove content or accounts that violate these rules. Contact faza@lobnaz.com to dispute a moderation action. You can request account deletion through the app’s account settings when connected, or the deletion page on this website. Local preview data must also be cleared from the device.
Pilot status
Some app screens are demonstrations with device-local data. Features become shared only when connected to the live service. These terms do not promise uninterrupted access or that every shop, event or game result is independently verified.
